Data Protection Declaration
We collect data during the initiation, conclusion, processing and rescission of a purchase contract and/or a works or works supply contract. This data is collected, stored and processed by us. We save the contract text and send the customer the order details and our T&Cs via email. For security reasons customer order data is not accessible online.
Your visit to our websites is logged. Essentially we record the IP address currently used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and the operating system of your PC, as well as the pages you visit. It is not generally possible for us to identify individuals, nor is this our intention.
Data usage and transfer
The personal data that you disclose to us e.g. when placing an order or by email (e.g. your name and your address or your email address) shall only be processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you disclosed the data. We only forward your data to the shipping company instructed to perform the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery. For the transaction of payments we pass your payment details to the bank instructed to handle the payment.
